“I have been training with Lex since November 2019. Before one-on-one training, she instructed group fitness classes I frequented for over a year. Prior to training together, we went through a rigorous goal setting process. These goals are reviewed constantly through candid dialogue to ensure our objectives are aligned. Her programming challenges me on a weekly basis by incorporating elements of strength, stability, mobility, and conditioning.  She takes my prior injury history and limitations into consideration when designing programs as areas for improvement but at times refrain.

The coaching doesn't stop when I leave the gym. I am very comfortable asking questions about supplementing my daily routine which makes its way full circle when we meet again. Because of this process, we have continued our sessions virtually during the COVID quarantine. She has a large library of exercises which has kept our virtual sessions fresh and challenging while leveraging household items for loading and to increase the intensity.”
