Flex with Lex
An hour-long strength and conditioning class for all levels of fitness. There are four segments to class including core training, body weight, resistance training, and conditioning. Classes are offered throughout the week and have different strength focuses depending on the day.
Weekly Schedule
Tuesday: Upper Body Flex - 7:30am and 5:30pm EST
Wednesday: Core Cardio Spice - 12:00pm EST
Thursday: Lower Body Flex - 7:30am and 5:30pm EST
Saturday: Full Body Flex - 10:00am EST
